Can you help me find legal counsel?
You have the right to legal counsel, if you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you by the courts. We do not recommend any legal councel. (Remember 50% of attorneys graduate in the bottom 1/2 of their class, choose wisely)

How much do bail bonds cost?

Can someone be bonded out on a holiday?
Yes they can and we are open on holidays as well.

Are premiums refundable?
No, the premium is how the bondsman and the insurance company get paid for putting up their money to get your loved one out of jail.

How soon will someone be released after posting the bond?
It usually takes 1-4 hours after the bondsman posts bail at the detention center before the person in custody is released.

How long does it take to do the paperwork to bond someone out?
Around 20 minutes, we can usually finish paperwork during a lunch hour.

I can’t leave work, Can you come to me?
In most cases yes, give us a call and we can get it worked out.

Does the bond get released when they go to court?
No, the bond is active until found innocent, guilty or pleading of no contest. The defendant MUST appear at all scheduled court dates until that time or the bond will be ordered forfeited.
